Shipping & Returns

Products are in-stock 95 % of time and typically shipped out from our warehouse same or next business day. Out of stock orders exceeding 10 business days – customer will be notified of delay.

The actual shipping courier company we use varies depending on weight of parcel and destination, in order to keep the shipping cost to our customers at a minimum.

For faster delivery, air express method can be selected during the shopping cart / checkout

International Orders

Shipping cost for orders sent to countries outside USA and Canada are more sensitive to parcel weight. Parcels up-to 2 Kg (includes all DIY brake bleeding kits and adapters), order can sent economical via Canada Post small packet air (6-10 business days).

For parcels over 2 Kg (all Pro and Complete kit in plastic tool box), shipping cost is much more subject to weight and destination

Taxes & Duties

Speedi-Bleed qualifies for NAFTA (North American Free Trade), meaning USA customers will not be required to pay any import duties. Applicable state sales tax could be collected at point of delivery.

Warranty

All Speedi-Bleed and Air Buddy products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 year from the date of purchase. During this period, seller will repair or, at its option, replace the defective part(s) without charge for parts or labor. This warranty does not cover transportation costs, nor does it cover a product subjected to misuse or accidental damage. Under no circumstances shall seller be liable for any loss or damage to property, and any injury to person caused by misuse of this product, or the neglect of safety precautions.

Returns

If item has not been used it can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All unused product returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.

If customer receives wrong item due to error on our part, any additional expense (replacement item, shipping) to rectify oversight will be paid by us, with no additional expense to customer. If customer receives wrong item due to ordering error by customer, then customer pays all additional expenses (replacement item cost, shipping) to rectify oversight, or can return product (shipping prepaid) for full refund (minus initial shipping cost).

All orders not made directly from the customer through this website will be handled with the strictest respect and confidentiality. All information provided by the customer via phone or email for the purpose of product ordering, will be used solely to obtain shipping and order payment details, and to confirm customer identity for the purposes of protecting all parties involved.
